By the time you complete Blue Belt, you should feel confident tattooing solo under guidance.

🞂 Professional Tattoo Workflow (Start → Finish)

  • Client communication + consent forms

  • Stencil application on real skin

  • Balancing time, technique, and comfort

  • Reading skin, adjusting pressure mid-tattoo

  • Clean, efficient setup + teardown

🞂 Advanced Linework & Shading

  • Line weight variation

  • Smooth whip + pendulum shading

  • Solving mid-tattoo issues (blowouts, oversaturation, dry skin)

  • Body flow for medium/large pieces

  • Tattooing tough areas (ankle, wrist, collarbone, sternum)

TIMELINE

Green Belt → Blue Belt is the turning point where you become a functioning tattoo artist.


SUPPLIES NEEDED

  • Liner + shader machines

  • 3RL, 5RL, 7RL, 9RL cartridges

  • Mag needles (7M, 9M, 11M recommended)

  • High-quality black ink

  • Stencil paper + stencil primer

  • Studio-level sanitation supplies

  • Client aftercare kits (optional)

$1,000–$1,500 (or 2–3 payments available)
